on the basis of the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on the 15th November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2541) regarding tenders and negotiations as well as the intentions' evaluation criteria concerning business activities to be taken by entrepreneurs within the area of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone announces an

 

INVITATION TO NEGOTIATION

 

The negotiation's aim is to choose an entrepreneur who will receive the permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, in the Międzyrzecz Subzone.

 

1. Taking part in the negotiations is conditioned by the following:

  • purchasing the "Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiation",
  • making of a written offer containing conditions of the intended enterprise within the zone.

 

2. Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiations". The evaluation of the business enterprise presented in the offer will be conducted on the basis of: the criteria in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated on November 15th, 2004 (Official Journal No. 254, item. 2541), 

 

3. The "Specification of the essential conditions of negotiation" can be obtained in the seat of the K-S SEZ every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 6.000,00 PLN net plus 23% VAT (in words: six thousand zloty) being paid into the account of K-S SSE S.A. conducted in the Bank Spółdzielczy Barlinek Division Kostrzyn nad Odrą, account no. 32 8355 0009 0022 3890 2000 0001; SWIFT: POLUPLPR. 

 

4. The offers with the annotation "Rokowania Podstrefa Miedzyrzecz" should be handed over in the seat of the K-S SEZ (room no 12) in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, ul. Orła Białego 22, until the 06.02.2012, till 10:00 a.m.

 

5. The offers will be opened by the committee on 06.02.2012 at 11:00 a.m.

 

Information about the negotiations and the "Specification of the essential conditions of negotiation" are issued at the seat of the Zone in Kostrzyn nad Odrą. This information is published in the web side www.kssse.pl in Polish and English.
